However, we found the solicitors to be friendly, honest and fair ensuring we knew what any implications for incurred costs may be, particularly any tax implications. Leasa helped me buy my first home and was exceptional. Everything was done quickly and extremely thoroughly. I really liked the progress tool she used, essentially an automated list of all the steps required for the purchase, which sent me a notification when something was completed. What I appreciated most was that Leasa really drove the process forward, especially when it became clear that the seller's solicitor was dragging his heels. I would recommend her unreservedly.
