My solicitor, Leasa Foster, was absolutely brilliant when I purchased my recent home. She was always contactable, helpful, super organised and efficient. Without her I don’t think the long chain would have completed as easily as it did; she was steps ahead of the other solicitors. Leasa is very personable and easy to work with. I have bought 4 houses in the past, and I have never had such a positive experience as this before.

September 2019 – I recently appointed Winston Solicitors to manage a house conveyancing process. From the outset, they have provided clear, concise and regular communication. In particular, offering constant guidance, available options when difficult circumstances arose and above all, in a friendly and yet very professional manner. I'll be honest, I cringe when I need to use a solicitor. My own experience and that of friends has left me extremely mistrustful of the legal profession in its entirety. However, Leasa Foster has been an absolute joy to work with throughout our house move and we would have no hesitation in recommending her services. Right from the beginning she was brilliant. She laid out the path we would take very clearly and guided us every step of the way. If we needed to speak with her she was super responsive and always happy to explain things or guide us if we needed it. She was absolutely on top of everything, copying us into communications so that we could see where hold-ups were (e.g. with the vendor's solicitor) and take any action required. People are only transparent if they know they're acting honestly, effectively and efficiently and Leasa has been absolutely transparent the whole way through. Samantha Robertson-Strong was our conveyancing solicitor for a recent house move. As first-time buyers, we were unsure of some of the process but Samantha provided excellent support and advice throughout.
