This is the 3rd time I have used Winston Solicitors and On each occasion I have been very happy with the service they have provided. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service, with very good communication all through the Purchase.. Purchase had to be completed quicker than usual and Samantha provided a great service to ensure we completed 4 days before our deadline. I will happily use Winston's again ( and I will be shortly when I need to sell another property)

Samantha and Aishah were always very helpful in answering any queries we had and were very pleasant to deal with. Overall our experience was great. The only tiny negatives are that we got a lot of paper correspondence without a heads up or an email or call explaining what was coming and what needed to be done with it. A lot of it came with a to-do list, but as first time buyers it that extra bit of communication would have gone a long way.

Highly professional, whilst remaining polite and approachable Samantha was a surprise to both my Wife and myself. She was superb and I thank her.

Solicitors tend to have a bad reputation when it comes to dealing with house purchases or sales but Leasa Foster at Winston's was fantastic. Sam and Aishah at Winston Solicitors were great, they really applied the gas when the pressure was on to complete. I was updated regularly throughout the whole process without having to chase too much. The due diligence was very thorough to ensure I was protected, this helped put me at ease at this stressful time. I would use Winston Solicitors again. Leasa Foster our conveyancer was extremely efficient, very responsive, friendly and professional. Our transaction took place in London but the difference in geographic location had no negative impact on the process.
