I decided to appoint Winston Solicitors after reading reviews online. As a first time buyer I was quite apprehensive and nervous and not too sure what to expect. The solicitor that was appointed to me was a lady called Samantha Robertson-Strong. She was excellent and I could not be happier with everything she did for me. She made me feel at ease with the process and was very professional throughout the whole process. She made everything stress free and was very thorough in all the work. I would highly recommend Leasa and her team in the conveyancing department. As first time buyers they made the process very easy, they kept us informed at every step and answered our questions quickly and in great detail. They did a great job - chased up everything and answered all queries well! Only possible improvement I could suggest is that they should send out a pre-paid envelope in with all documents to make returning easier, other than that can't I fault the service.

Leasa and Julie in the conveyancing team made what could have been a tricky sale into a straight forward transaction and sorted out some additional legalities as part of the contract with no additional cost which was really appreciated.
