I can’t recommend Winston solicitors enough, Samantha is an asset to the company guiding us through the house purchasing legalities as first time buyers. Samantha was always on hand to answer any questions and always kept us up to date with any new progression. Our chain did experience some problems on the sellers side however Samantha broke down these barriers and moved the process along as quick as possible with her excellent communication.
