This offer is available to individuals’ seeking advice regarding a family law matter and is not available to individuals who are eligible for Legal Aid.

If, following initial screening, Winston Solicitors believes you may be eligible for Legal Aid, the free consultation offer will not apply. Instead, we will provide information, where possible, to help you access the appropriate Legal Aid advice and support.

The offer consists of one free 45-minute family law consultation with a member of the Winston Solicitors Family Law team.

Appointment Scheduling

To secure an appointment, participants must review and sign Winston Solicitors' consultation disclaimer no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
