Erika's role in the CICA department is to help survivors of abuse and serious crimes to claim compensation while showing compassion and patience.

Having started her role in a solicitor's firm, Erika's dedication to her work has allowed her to progress within the firm at a swift pace. She is excited about being able to fulfil her ambition of qualifying as a Solicitor and is studying alongside her career. She particularly enjoys communicating with clients and is passionate about achieving the outcome they deserve.

When she needs to switch off from work, you'll find her on a long hike, at the gym or learning a new skill. She likes to keep busy!
