Erika Medveckaite, litigation assistant at Winston Solicitors in Leeds

Erika’s role in the CICA department is to help survivors of abuse and serious crimes to claim compensation while showing compassion and patience.

Having started her role in a solicitor’s firm, Erika is excited about being able to fulfil her ambition of working in law related field and is studying for a law degree alongside her career. She particularly enjoys communicating with clients and achieving the outcome they deserve.

When she needs to switch off from work, you’ll find her on a long hike, at the gym or learning a new skill. She likes to keep busy!
