As Head of Commercial Innovation he loves problem solving, whether that be project-managing migrating Practice Management Software platforms, or delivering physical office moves.  

His top piece of advice is always to consider what your end goal is – if you don’t know at the outset, it might be a very long journey!

Outside work Jaime is proud to be secretary for a local charity, providing funding for people who have dropped through the normal support networks, and was part of a team that walked 81 miles, raising £5,000.

We recently used Winston Solicitors for conveyancing on both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. Michelle Ayres was exceptional throughout. She was accessible, proactive, and it genuinely felt like she was on our side and working in our best interests.There were a few challenges in the chain, but Michelle was always willing to take the time to explain the situation, outline our options, and keep everything moving.
