Wendy Campbell

Wendy has over 26 years’ experience in family and matrimonial matters.  Alongside divorce and separation cases Wendy has extensive experience of dealing with complicated financial cases involving businesses owned by one or both of the separating/ divorcing couple. 

She prepares pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements for those that seek to determine how the assets they own should be shared when they have decided not to marry or enter into a civil partnership. Wendy has represented many unmarried clients who seek to establish a financial interest in a property where they are not named.

Wendy also has extensive experience in children cases involving disagreements regarding contact, living arrangements and where a parent seeks to relocate either within the United Kingdom or abroad. Including the seeking to remove or prevent removal of children from the jurisdiction of England and Wales, with clients as far afield as America and Europe. 

She also has a demonstrated background in navigating matrimonial matters, both children and financial where a spouse/partner has strong narcissistic traits which can make reaching an agreement extremely difficult.
 
Wendy is a member of Resolution member and a Resolution trained collaborative lawyer, where the aim is to resolve family issues without involving the court except to file an agreed position.

In her spare time, she can be found in the gym - trying to keep up with her children, walking in the country or trying to improve her piano playing.
