She manages the admin team, office facilities, HR and recruitment as well as developing and streamlining office systems. Introducing new technology ensures that Winston Solicitors stays at the forefront of providing the best service to clients at the same time as ensuring her colleagues positively embrace new changes.
Time away from the office includes theatre, music and comedies and she is proud of her talent of knowing the John Barnes rap from World In Motion!
