We’re looking for a dedicated Continuing Healthcare Lawyer to join our team and provide expert advice and representation on NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding applications, appeals, and retrospective claims. We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (preferable but not essential), who has experience in healthcare law, public law, or CHC-related cases. Whilst the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NHS Continuing Healthcare National Framework and relevant legislation, the role will likely suit an individual with transferrable skills who is looking to make a difference in this incredibly niche area. You will have excellent client care skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy, ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines and have a high attention to detail and accuracy.
