Olivia is a solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing. She assists clients with a wide range of property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Olivia prides herself on offering clear, supportive advice and managing the legal process with care and efficiency.

After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Law and History, Olivia went on to complete an MA in Law, followed by the SQE alongside an LLM in Law.

Olivia particularly enjoys title checking and exploring the varied legal aspects that arise during property transactions. Her proudest professional achievement to date is qualifying as a solicitor.

Outside of work, Olivia finds happiness in spending time with her family, friends, and her dog. A former competitive dancer, she continues to teach at a local dance school.

After finding Winston through an online review, I felt compelled to continue the chain after my extremely positive experience. This is my fourth time using solicitors for either a purchase or sale and Winston were head and shoulders above the rest. It was a relatively straightforward transaction but notwithstanding, the ability to be able to pick up the phone and have it answered within a few rings by the person I needed to speak to was a godsend. I was a little apprehensive about using a Leeds based conveyancer for a London based sale, but Amanda Lester who handled most of my case was excellent.
