I sold a property in North Leeds under probate and obtained quotes from two local solicitors, with Winston's being the most competetive. The only extra charge applied on completion was for telegraphic transfer of the proceeds. Sidraa, Tom and other colleagues dealt with our sale efficiently and kept us informed of progress. They took care to ensure that everything was authorised by the Executors where needed. Winston's office on Street Lane is easy to access for hand delivering documents. The sale took 11 weeks from offer accepted to completion which was as quickly as it could be for our leasehold property sold by three Executor 'co-owners' with variable availability.
